Join a weekly Zoom-based DBT Skills Training class from anywhere—whether you're at home, traveling, or living outside the U.S. Each class is a separate cohort, so you'll pick one weekly group that works best for your schedule and stick with that time each week.

Every other Friday from 12pm-1pm EST I facilitate a DBT Graduates group for folks who have completed DBT Skills Training and want to focus on applying skills to their life worth living.
All groups are held on Zoom and open to adults looking to build real-life skills for emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
